In an open area, the normal working distance between the sensors and the siren (host) is about 328 feet (100 meters). However, barriers can reduce this distance. When closer to the siren/control unit, the alarm volume can reach up to 115dB. As the distance increases, the decibel level will be reduced.

The burglar alarm system comes fully programmed, requiring no additional setup. After receiving the system, simply open each sensor (excluding the remote control) and pull out the small paper tab near the battery to power up the unit. Then, install the PIR sensor and door/window sensors in the areas that need protection. The siren horn is powered by a 110V to 220V AC adapter, which can be plugged into an outlet. Upon plugging it in, the system will emit a beep, and you can then use the remote key fob to arm or disarm the system, with the alarm horn beeping to indicate the system's status (armed/disarmed).

In the armed state, any door opening or motion detected by the sensors will trigger the siren, which can reach up to 115dB, scaring off intruders and alerting you or your neighborhood of a possible break-in.

If there are any false alarms, you can restore the system to factory settings and then follow the operation guide to re-setup the sensors. Alternatively, you can replace the batteries of the sensors.

The siren host can support up to 30 wireless sensors, 8 remote controls, and 10 wireless doorbell buttons. The same set of sensors can work with various types of live sound alarm hosts or smart app-controlled alarm hosts from the KERUI brand, allowing you to customize your alarm system as per your needs.

This inexpensive and simple intruder alarm system is perfect for securing small spaces, such as sheds, garages, barns, shops, apartments, cabins, motorhomes, and chicken coops. It includes accessories like an infrared motion detector, door/window sensors, and a remote control.

The motion sensor is powered by a 9V 6F22 battery (included), with two screws used to mount it on the wall at a recommended height of 2 meters. It can detect motion within a range of 19 to 26 feet, with a vertical angle of 60 degrees and a horizontal angle of 110 degrees. The battery life is typically 3-4 months, and it's important to replace the battery when the red light is no longer illuminated or the sensor can't trigger the host.

The door/window sensors are powered by a 23A 12V battery (included) and are designed to be fixed using adhesive pads. When the sensor window is opened by more than 1mm (0.03 inch), the detector will immediately send a signal to the alarm host, triggering the alarm.

The remote control, also powered by a 23A 12V battery (included), features sliding covers over the buttons to prevent accidental activation. The effective range of the remote will decrease as the battery runs low, indicating the need for a replacement.
