The burglar alarm system comes fully programmed, requiring no additional setup. After unboxing, simply open each sensor (excluding the remote control) and pull out the small paper tab near the battery to power on the unit. The PIR motion sensor and door/window sensors can then be installed in the areas that need protection. The siren horn is powered by a 110V-220V AC adapter, which you can plug into an outlet. Once plugged in, the horn will emit a beep, indicating it's ready for use. The remote key fob can then be used to arm or disarm the system, with the alarm horn beeping to confirm the status (armed or disarmed).

In armed mode, if a door opens, even slightly, or the motion sensor detects movement, the 115dB siren will sound, scaring off intruders and alerting you or your neighborhood of a potential break-in. The normal operating distance between the sensors and the siren (host) is approximately 328 feet (100 meters) in an open area, though barriers can reduce this range.

If you experience false alarms, you can first restore the system to its factory settings, then follow the operation guide to set it up again. Alternatively, you can try replacing the batteries in the sensors. Note that the siren host does not have a flashing light, and the alarm duration and volume cannot be adjusted. When a sensor is triggered, the siren will sound immediately, and if left unarmed, it will continue for about 2 minutes before stopping, with the system remaining in the armed state.

For a louder alarm system, you can add more black siren horns that work with the same wireless sensors. You can also choose a different type of live sound alarm host or a smart app-controlled host from the KERUI brand, all of which are compatible with the same set of sensors.

The black siren host (H01) supports up to 30 wireless sensors, 8 remote controls, and 10 wireless doorbell buttons. The same set of sensors can be used with other types of live sound alarm hosts, or a live sound standalone alarm system can be combined with a smart app-controlled alarm host to create a comprehensive smart home security system. The Wi-Fi smart plug can also be used to control the host's power adapter or other electronic equipment from anywhere via Wi-Fi or mobile data.

This burglar alarm system is an inexpensive and simple solution for protecting your home, shed, garage, barn, apartment, or any other small space. It does not require a network connection or GSM 3G/4G and Wi-Fi capabilities. In case of an emergency, you can press the "S" button on the remote control, which is the panic button, to immediately trigger the 115dB siren.

The accessories, including the PIR motion sensor, door/window sensor, and remote control, are all from the KERUI brand. The motion sensor is powered by a 9V 6F22 battery (included), with a detection range of 19-26 feet, a vertical angle of 60 degrees, and a horizontal angle of 110 degrees. The door/window sensor is powered by a 23A 12V battery (included) and will trigger the alarm when the sensor window is opened more than 1mm (0.03 inches). The remote control, also powered by a 23A 12V battery (included), has sliding covers over the buttons to prevent accidental activation.
