In mid-March, we introduced an upgrade to the power cord of the AY2PRO Portable Projector to ensure a more secure and reliable connection. If you have not yet received the improved version, please reach out to us to obtain the upgraded power cord at no additional cost.

On April 5th, we designed and produced a specialized lens cover in response to customer feedback regarding the need for a dust-proof solution. This accessory is now available for all our valued customers to protect the lens from dust and maintain optimal image quality. On April 22nd, we addressed concerns regarding video clarity. In response, we conducted numerous production trials and are proud to announce that in May, we launched a new upgraded display. This improvement has resulted in a 30% increase in brightness and clarity, ensuring that our projectors meet the high standards our customers expect.

WARM TIPS & SPECIFICATIONS:

Power Cord Issue: Apply some force and ensure a secure connection. You should hear a "click" sound indicating that the power cord is correctly inserted. Reach out to us to obtain an upgraded power cord.

Lens Cover: In response to customer suggestions, we have developed a lens cover designed to protect the projector lens from dust and smudges. Reach out to us to get this new accessory.

Lens Cap Not Useful: Retract the projector lens back into its housing after each use to protect it from dust and potential damage. Slide the lens cap to the most internal position, aligning it with the retracted lens, to achieve a perfect fit.

Streaming Services: Due to HDCP copyright limitations, most projectors (including the AY2PRO) cannot play videos from Netflix or Amazon Prime via smartphone directly, but you can connect it with Fire TV Stick, laptop, or PC to enjoy these videos.

Focus Adjustment: The key is to achieve a balance where the entire projection is clear, rather than over-sharpening one particular area.
